Manisha Sinha, RPFC-II\/CPIO)\n                                (through Audio Conferencing)\n\nDate of Hearing          :      28\/05\/2010\n\nDate of Decision         :      28\/05\/2010\n\nFacts<\/pre>\n<p>:-\n<\/p>\n<p>       Vide his RTI request dated 18\/12\/2008, the complainant Shri M. P. Srivastava sought<br \/>\ninformation from CPIO, EPFO, Patna regarding compliances made by companies listed in the RTI<br \/>\napplication including list of defaulting establishments and where the default amount was more than<br \/>\nRs.10 lakh.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.      Not being satisfied by the response given by the CPIO vide his order dated 16\/01\/2009, he<br \/>\npreferred appeal before the first appellate authority dated 26\/02\/2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.      The first Appellate Authority vide order dated 09\/04\/2009, provided additional information<br \/>\nto the appellant.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.   However, not being satisfied, the complainant has preferred second appeal before the<br \/>\nCommission.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.     The matter was heard today. The complainant was present. The CPIO was present through<br \/>\naudio conferencing. The complainant informed that he was satisfied with the information received<br \/>\nfrom the first Appellate Authority on points 1&amp;2 of his RTI application. However, in respect of<br \/>\npoints 3&amp;4, full information have been provided to him only in December, 2009. The complainant<br \/>\nalso stated that he was yet to be provided information sought under points 5,6,7&amp;8 of his<br \/>\napplication.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.     The CPIO informed that she will obtain additional information from the concerned Section<br \/>\nwhich is the holder of the information and provide the same to the complainant. The CPIO faxed a<br \/>\ncopy of her letter dated 24\/05\/2010 addressed to the appellant along with annexures A to E in<br \/>\nwhich she had provided further detailed information to him.\n<\/p>\n<p>7.        However, the complainant stated that he was yet to receive this letter.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                               DECISION\n<\/p>\n<p>8.      The complainant stated that he would go through the contents of all the annexures provided<br \/>\nto him and if he was still not satisfied, it was agreed by the respondents that upon the complainant<br \/>\nmaking a written request to her she would fix a mutually convenient date and time for a meeting<br \/>\nwithin 02 weeks of receipt of the said request in order to provide a full and complete information<br \/>\nand fully satisfy the complainant.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                                  2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>9.
