Shri \u00a0 Sanjeev \u00a0 Aggarwal \u00a0 submitted \u00a0 RTI \u00a0 application\u00a0<br \/>\ndated \u00a0 6 \u00a0 July \u00a0 2010 \u00a0 before \u00a0 the \u00a0 CPIO, \u00a0 DDA, \u00a0 New \u00a0 Delhi\u00a0<br \/>\npertaining \u00a0 to \u00a0 status \u00a0 of \u00a0 land \u00a0 after \u00a0 demarcation \u00a0 of\u00a0<br \/>\nKhasara\u00a0No.\u00a01151\/3\u00a0in\u00a0Lal\u00a0Dora,\u00a0Village\u00a0Mehrauli.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.    Not\u00a0receiving\u00a0\u00a0response\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO,\u00a0applicant\u00a0<br \/>\npreferred \u00a0 appeal \u00a0 dated \u00a0 6 \u00a0 September \u00a0 2010 \u00a0 before \u00a0 the\u00a0<br \/>\nfirst\u00a0appellate\u00a0authority.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.    Matter \u00a0 was \u00a0 decided \u00a0 vide \u00a0 FAA \u00a0 order \u00a0 dated \u00a0 29\u00a0<br \/>\nSeptember \u00a0 2010 \u00a0 vide \u00a0 which \u00a0 CPIO \u00a0 was \u00a0 directed \u00a0 to\u00a0<br \/>\nfurnish \u00a0 information \u00a0 to \u00a0 the \u00a0 appellant \u00a0 after \u00a0 giving\u00a0<br \/>\npersonal \u00a0 hearing \u00a0 to \u00a0 the \u00a0 appellant \u00a0 at \u00a0 which \u00a0 Patwari\u00a0<br \/>\nwas\u00a0also\u00a0present.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.    Appellant \u00a0 preferred \u00a0 second \u00a0 appeal \u00a0 before \u00a0 the\u00a0<br \/>\nCommission.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>5.    Matter \u00a0 was \u00a0 heard \u00a0 today. \u00a0 Both \u00a0 parties \u00a0 were\u00a0<br \/>\npresent \u00a0 as \u00a0 above. \u00a0 Appellant \u00a0 stated \u00a0 that \u00a0 he \u00a0 had\u00a0<br \/>\nreceived \u00a0 full \u00a0 and \u00a0 complete \u00a0 information \u00a0 \u00a0 and \u00a0 was\u00a0<br \/>\n                                      Appeal\u00a0:\u00a0No.\u00a0CIC\/DS\/A\/2011\/000165\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>                                                                       \u00a0<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>satisfied.\u00a0Respondent\u00a0stated\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0RTI\u00a0application\u00a0<br \/>\nwas \u00a0 forwarded \u00a0 to \u00a0 more \u00a0 than \u00a0 one \u00a0 CPIO \u00a0 in \u00a0 order \u00a0 to\u00a0<br \/>\nobtain \u00a0 the \u00a0 required \u00a0 information \u00a0 and \u00a0 therefore \u00a0 there\u00a0<br \/>\nwas\u00a0delay\u00a0in\u00a0providing\u00a0the\u00a0same.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        Decision\u00a0notice<\/p>\n<p>6.
