In the facts and<br \/>\ncircumstances and in view of the death certificate at Annexure-A,<br \/>\npresent Civil Application deserves to be allowed and accordingly<br \/>\nstands allowed. Prayer in terms of para 5 (wrongly numbered as 11)<br \/>\n(A) &amp; (B) is granted.
