The petitioner has already<\/p>\n<p>been granted anticipatory bail as per order dated 27\/2\/2008.<\/p>\n<p>This court had expressed dissatisfaction about the manner in<\/p>\n<p>which investigation was conducted.<\/p>\n<p>    2.    The learned Public Prosecutor submits that the<\/p>\n<p>Superintendent of Police, Kollam has already issued directions<\/p>\n<p>and the investigation is now being conducted by the Deputy<\/p>\n<p>Superintendent of Police, Crime Detachment, Kollam.<\/p>\n<p>    3.    I accept the said submissions of the learned Public<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutor. It is not necessary to issue any further directions in<\/p>\n<p>the matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>    4.
