   has taken up due matter for consideration and<\/p>\n
 the claim of me petitioner holding that, his<\/p>\n
name is not found in the Record of Rights for the relevant<\/p>\n
years, wi\ufb02nout conducting proper enquiry and without<\/p>\n
affording reasonable opportunity to the <\/p>\n
Therefore, petitioner was constrained to present  <\/p>\n
pe\ufb01tion seeking appropriate relief asistated stipray.  ”<\/p>\n

the petitioner, the learned Goverrimenti

4. A\ufb02er\u00a7.voareful   order
\npassed by   Tribunal, it is
\nmanif&t:.;iooV.tl\u00a7a:f;;g;\u00a7.g\u00a7f  the Land Tribunal<\/p>\n
has committed a  mis-carriage of justice in<\/p>\n
V proceeding. to4’pass”the.’V’a3rder, without conducting proper<\/p>\n
  compliance with Rule 17 of the Land<\/p>\n
Realms  with Section 34 of the Karnataka<\/p>\n
 V Land Further, it is signi\ufb01cant to note that,<\/p>\n
.    Mallarnma died during due course of \ufb01ne proceedings<\/p>\n
  before the La ‘banal and petitioner has \ufb01led<\/p>\n
application fer bringing the legal representative of the<\/p>\n
deceased on recerd. But there is no reference about the<\/p>\n
same in the order-sheet maintained by the Tribunal<\/p>\n
Annexure-D and no order as such has been “on — <\/p>\n
