Coupled had three issues from their<\/p>\n<p>                      wedding. F. I. R. is clear that petitioner was in habit to beat<\/p>\n<p>                      his wife, but was apologizing also and in that case petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                      remained in custody since 07.12.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be<\/p>\n<p>                      released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>                      (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>                      the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge-IV, Patna in<\/p>\n<p>                      connection with S. Tr. No. 391 of 2011 arising out of<\/p>\n<p>                      Patliputra P. S.
