[In both cases]<br \/>\n                                            &#8230;\n<\/p>\n<pre>               Order No. 09                               Dated 15th July, 2011\n                                            ...\n<\/pre>\n<p>                      Heard the learned counsel for the parties on the prayer for bail.<br \/>\n                      It is submitted on behalf of the appellants that even the informant-eye<br \/>\n               witness has not seen the actual occurrence and that the land dispute was with<br \/>\n               the co-convict, Surendra Karmali and not with other appellants and that the<br \/>\n               defence witnesses have said that the two deceased persons were of<br \/>\n               quarrelsome and criminal nature.\n<\/p>\n<p>                      On the other hand, learned counsel for the State submitted that the<br \/>\n               informant has clearly stated that the appellants took the deceased persons in<br \/>\n               the house of the co-convict, Surendra Karmali and were killed there and that<br \/>\n               two persons could not be killed by only the co-convict Surendra Karmali as it<br \/>\n               appears by the injuries inflicted upon them found by the Doctor and that the<br \/>\n               appellants have taken active part in the crime with common intention.\n<\/p>\n<p>                      In the circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the<br \/>\n               appellants [In both cases]. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the appellants<br \/>\n               above named [In both cases] is hereby rejected.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                                   (R.K.
