Ram Udgar Mahto S\/O Late Choudhary Mahto R\/O\n                      Vill. Jairampur, P.S. Bhagwanpur, Distt. Begusarai\n                                              Versus\n                                      1. The State Of Bihar\n                                           --------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   13.09.2011              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>                     State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for<\/p>\n<p>                     the offences under Sections 304B, 201 and 120B\/34 of<\/p>\n<p>                     the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering that the petitioner is the father-in-<\/p>\n<p>                    law of the deceased and there is no direct material against<\/p>\n<p>                    him, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                    furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000\/- (Five Thousand) with<\/p>\n<p>                    two sureties of the like amount each or any other surety<\/p>\n<p>                    as fixed by the Court to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                    Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bhagwanpur<\/p>\n<p>                    P.S. Case No. 64 of 2011 subject to the following<\/p>\n<p>                    conditions:- (i) That one of the bailors will be a close<\/p>\n<p>                    relative of the petitioner who will give an affidavit giving<\/p>\n<p>                    genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner. The<\/p>\n<p>                    bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is<\/p>\n<p>                    any change in the address of the petitioner. (ii) That the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner will give an undertaking that he will receive the<\/p>\n<p>                    police papers on the given date and be present on date<\/p>\n<p>                    fixed for charge and if he fails to do so on two given dates<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>           and delays the trial in any manner, his bail will be liable<\/p>\n<p>           to be cancelled for reasons of misuse.
