They sought for transfer as per Exts.P1 and P3 respectively.<\/p>\n<p>In the said applications they have opted certain schools. Subsequently,<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P4 order of transfer was issued. The grievance of the first petitioner<\/p>\n<p>is that ignoring his entitlement to get a transfer by virtue of his seniority,<\/p>\n<p>he has been denied a transfer to the place of his choice. According to<\/p>\n<p>the first petitioner he should have been given transfer by virtue of his<\/p>\n<p>seniority to Government Higher Secondary School, Kadammanitta. The<\/p>\n<p>grievance of the second petitioner is that despite his entitlement to get a<\/p>\n<p>transfer by virtue of his seniority, his case was not even considered and<\/p>\n<p>he was not included in Ext.P4 and at the same time, overlooking his<\/p>\n<p>seniority, his junior has been given transfer to Government Higher<\/p>\n<p>Secondary School, Thazhathuvadakara.            After instituting this writ<\/p>\n<p>petition, the petitioners have submitted Exts.P9 and P10 representations<\/p>\n<p>before the first respondent. In fact, the relevant transfer norms permit<\/p>\n<p>the persons aggrieved to approach the Government raising grievances<\/p>\n<p>against an order of transfer.
