The State of Bihar through its Chief Secretary\n   2. The Principal Secretary, Department of Health, Medical Education &amp; Family Welfare,\n       Government of Bihar, Patna.\n   3. The Director-in-Chief, Health Services, Government of Bihar, Patna.\n   4. The Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Bihar, Patna.\n   5. The Superintendent, Patna Medical College &amp; Hospital, Patna.\n   6. The Superintendent, Nalanda Medical College &amp; Hospital, Patna.\n   7. The Superintendent, Shrikrishna Memorial Medical College &amp; Hospital, Muzaffarpur.\n   8. The Superintendent, Jawahar Lal Nehru Medical College &amp; Hospital, Bhagalpur.\n   9. The Superintendent, Anugrah Narain Magadh Medical College &amp; Hospital, Gaya.\n   10. The Superintendent, Darbhanga Medical College &amp; Hospital, Darbhanga.\n                                                                         Respondents\n                                                   -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>19      15.11.2011                    The entire matter relates to non-payment of<\/p>\n<p>                         contribution towards Employees Provident Fund with the<\/p>\n<p>                         concerned authorities under the provisions of Employees<\/p>\n<p>                         Provident Fund Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       When the case has come up for hearing the learned<\/p>\n<p>                         Standing Counsel for the EPF authority has submitted that certain<\/p>\n<p>                         recoveries have been made from six Medical Colleges run by the<\/p>\n<p>                         State Government and still some of the amounts have to be<\/p>\n<p>                         recovered from them.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       Taking note of such submission we are of the view as<\/p>\n<p>                         some action has been initiated by six Medical Colleges to recover<\/p>\n<p>                         the EPF, we are hopeful that the action is expedited by the<\/p>\n<p>                         concerned authorities and recovery of the remaining amount will<\/p>\n<p>                         be completed on or before 30th June, 2012. It is also hoped that the<\/p>\n<p>                         State Government may also co-operate with the action of the<\/p>\n<p>                         authority under the EPF Act and expeditious action be taken to<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                   2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>           deposit the Provident Fund contributions with the concerned<\/p>\n<p>           authorities within the specified time.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        We are of the view that the matter can be closed for<\/p>\n<p>           the present and if any employee is aggrieved by any inaction of<\/p>\n<p>           the State Government we give liberty to such employees to<\/p>\n<p>           approach this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        With the aforesaid observation this writ petition<\/p>\n<p>           stands disposed of .\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Chandran                                              (T.
