RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n                       - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                    Bail Application No.3489\/2007\n\n                           - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                Dated this the 11th  day of June, 2007\n\n\n                                  O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>             In   this   Petition   filed   under   Sec.   438   Cr.P.C.   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner   who   is   the   accused   in   Crime   No.   192\/1997   of<\/p>\n<p>Anthikkad       Police   Station   for     offences   punishable   under<\/p>\n<p>Sections 406 and 498A   IPC,  seeks anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p>      2.     I heard   the learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>the learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.     Having   regard   to   the   nature   of   the   allegations<\/p>\n<p>levelled against the petitioner and the other circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>the   case,   I   am   inclined   to   grant   anticipatory   bail   to   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner.  Accordingly, a direction is issued to the officer-in-<\/p>\n<p>charge   of   the   police   station   concerned   to   release   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner on bail for a period of one month  in the event of his<\/p>\n<p>arrest   in   connection   with   the   above   case   on   his   executing   a<\/p>\n<p>bond   for   Rs.   10,000\/-   (Rupees   ten   thousand   only)     with   two<\/p>\n<p>solvent sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction to<\/p>\n<p>the said officer and subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\n<p> B.A.3489\/2007<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                   -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>              (a).      Petitioner   shall   report   before   the<\/p>\n<p>                  Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and<\/p>\n<p>                  11 a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                (b).     The   petitioner   shall   make     himself<\/p>\n<p>                  available   for   interrogation   as   and   when<\/p>\n<p>                  required by the  Investigating Officer.<\/p>\n<p>                (c).    The petitioner shall not influence or<\/p>\n<p>                  intimidate  the  prosecution  witnesses  nor<\/p>\n<p>                  shall   he     attempt   to   tamper   with   the<\/p>\n<p>                  evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>               (d).     Petitioner   shall   not   commit   any<\/p>\n<p>                  offence while on bail.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>               (e).     Petitioner   shall   surrender   before<\/p>\n<p>                  the   Magistrate   concerned   and   seek<\/p>\n<p>                  regular bail in the meanwhile.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>        4.
