                IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA\n                             Cr.Misc. No.22568 of 2011\n                               Birendra Kumar Mishra\n                                          Versus\n                                  The State Of Bihar\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n
2   13.7.2011              This      is         an        application        for<\/p>\n
                modification of order dated 1.3.2011 passed<\/p>\n
                in    Cr.Misc.No.        36606       of    2010      in   which<\/p>\n
                petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail in<\/p>\n
                the event of his arrest or surrender in the<\/p>\n
                court below within one month from the date of<\/p>\n
                communication       of    the    order      dated    1.3.2011.<\/p>\n
                However, it is submitted that the petitioner<\/p>\n
                failed to surrender in the prescribed time<\/p>\n
                for the reasons that during that period he<\/p>\n
                was not well and was suffering from acute<\/p>\n
                jaundice     and     was    bed       ridden.        As   such,<\/p>\n
                petitioner prays for extension of time for<\/p>\n
                further six weeks.\n<\/p>\n
                           In view of submissions made above,<\/p>\n
                six   weeks’      further   time      from     the    date   of<\/p>\n
                communication of this order is allowed to the<\/p>\n
                petitioner to surrender in the court below<\/p>\n
                and thereafter he will be released on bail.<\/p>\n
                           The order dated 1.3.2011 is modified<\/p>\n
                to the extent indicated above.<\/p>\n
                           Let    this    order      including      the   order
\n                    2<\/span><\/p>\n
     dated 1.3.2011 be communicated to the court<\/p>\n
     below   through   fax   at   the     cost    of    the<\/p>\n
     petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
