In Ext.P4 representation, the<\/p>\n<p>request made by the petitioner is to measure the property and<\/p>\n<p>demarcate the property of the petitioner from the reserved forest<\/p>\n<p>and not to fix janda before completing the aforesaid exercise.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   Now that such a representation has been made,<\/p>\n<p>which, according to the petitioner, is pending before the first<\/p>\n<p>respondent, I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P4<\/p>\n<p>representation and pass orders thereon, at any rate, within two<\/p>\n<p>months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment.<\/p>\n<p>      3.
