OPPOSITE PARTY.\n                                              -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>8.   25.02.2011                  Heard the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 The petitioner who is husband apprehend<\/p>\n<p>                       arrest in relation to Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 80 of<\/p>\n<p>                       2010 instituted under Section 498A of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n<p>                       Code and \u00be Dowry Prohibition Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 As instituted by the informant, who is none<\/p>\n<p>                       else the wife of the petitioner, parties were married on<\/p>\n<p>                       22.2.2008. The allegation is that soon after marriage,<\/p>\n<p>                       her husband used to call her ugly and then started<\/p>\n<p>                       demand of dowry. Ultimately she was driven out of the<\/p>\n<p>                       house.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Petitioner submits that in fact, soon after<\/p>\n<p>                       marriage the informant of the case herself suffers from<\/p>\n<p>                       several mental ailments, which was concealed and on<\/p>\n<p>                       discovery, it becoming known only to pressurize the<\/p>\n<p>                       present case has been brought.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 From the order of this court, it appears that<\/p>\n<p>                       notice was issued to both, the husband and wife so that<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            effort could be made for conciliation though, the<\/p>\n<p>            husband appeared and wife appeared through the<\/p>\n<p>            lawyer but refused to appear before the Court in spite<\/p>\n<p>            of repeated adjournments this matter was on list last<\/p>\n<p>            week also and even today again.\n<\/p>\n<p>                      On behalf of the informant further short<\/p>\n<p>            adjournment is sought for her appearance.<\/p>\n<p>                      In my view there is no point in keeping this<\/p>\n<p>            matter pending any longer. Be that as it may, in the<\/p>\n<p>            event of arrest\/surrender within four weeks from the<\/p>\n<p>            date of receipt\/production of a copy of this order<\/p>\n<p>            petitioner, namely, Shailesh Ranjan, is directed to be<\/p>\n<p>            released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>            ( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>            each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>            Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection<\/p>\n<p>            with Bettiah Town P.S.
