SANKARAN, J.\n                       ---------------------------\n                     W.P(C).No.16764 of 2009\n                  ------------------------------------\n                Dated this the 16th day of June, 2010\n\n                             J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Connected Writ Petitions, namely, W.P(C) No.15465 of 2009<\/p>\n<p>and connected cases, were disposed of by the judgment dated<\/p>\n<p>25\/06\/2009. For the sake of convenience, the judgment is<\/p>\n<p>extracted below:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>            &#8220;The challenge in these writ petitions       relates to the<\/p>\n<p>     validity of sub clauses (iii), (iv) and (v) of Clause III (a) of the<\/p>\n<p>     prospectus issued by the Directorate of Medical Education for<\/p>\n<p>     Post Graduate Super Specialty Courses, Kerala, 2009. Though<\/p>\n<p>     counter affidavit is filed by the Government, supporting some of<\/p>\n<p>     the clauses,     Government       then reconsidered the matter.<\/p>\n<p>     Senior Government Pleader, Mr.T.B.Hood, submits that the<\/p>\n<p>     Government has decided to delete the aforementioned clauses,<\/p>\n<p>     namely sub clauses (iii), (iv) and (v) of clause III(a) of the said<\/p>\n<p>     prospectus. Submission is recorded.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>            2.    Accordingly, the aforementioned clauses shall<\/p>\n<p>     stand deleted from the prospectus and the consequential<\/p>\n<p>     notification. All the petitioners in these writ petitions shall be<\/p>\n<p>     permitted to appear in the Common Entrance Examination for<\/p>\n<p>     Post Graduate Super Specialty Courses, Kerala, 2009. Their<\/p>\n<p>     applications shall be treated as         regular, and      shall be<\/p>\n<p>     considered in accordance with law.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>            3.    Learned counsel for the petitioner in         W.P.(C).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>     16009\/2009, submits that the writ petition also contains a<\/p>\n<p>     challenge against the validity of Act 29 of 2008. He prays that<\/p>\n<p>W.P(C). No.16764\/2009<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                      2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      the said challenge may be left open to be prosecuted by the<\/p>\n<p>      petitioner, if so advised at a later point of time. Said prayer is<\/p>\n<p>      left open.\n<\/p>\n<p>            Writ petitions are disposed of as above.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>      2.    In view of the judgment dated 25\/6\/2009, this Writ<\/p>\n<p>Petition is disposed of in the same manner in which those cases<\/p>\n<p>were disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.    Sri. B. Raghunathan, the learned counsel appearing for<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has got admission for<\/p>\n<p>M.Ch and that he is continuing his studies. This submission is<\/p>\n<p>recorded.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.<\/p>\n<p>                                           K.T.
