Public Prosecutor\n\nFor 3rd respondent     : Mr.S.Muthukumar\n\t\t\n\n\n\nO R D E R \n<\/pre>\n<p>(Order of the Court was made by P.SATHASIVAM,J.)<\/p>\n<p>\tThe petitioner,  by name S.Ramesh,  has filed this petition to  direct the first respondent to produce his wife Padmavadhi, who is under the illegal custody of the third respondent, before this Court and set her at liberty. <\/p>\n<p>\t2. Pursuant to our direction, the detenue, by name Padmavadhi,   has appeared before us. We enquired her. According to her, her date of birth  being 29.03.1989,  she is a minor.   She further  informed this Court that by force and compulsion the marriage was performed between herself and the petitioner.  She likes to stay with her parents, who are also present in the Court.  In the light of the statement of the detenue, who being a minor as on date, she is permitted to  continue her life with her parents.<\/p>\n<p>\t3.
