No.1159 of 2011\n                                 SUDHANSHU KUMAR\n                                            Versus\n                                 THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   11.02.2011.           Heard    learned           counsels for             the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           The    petitioner      being       the    husband    is<\/p>\n<p>                   apprehending his arrest in a compliant case<\/p>\n<p>                   in    which    cognizance      has    been       taken   under<\/p>\n<p>                   Sections 498A and 494 of the I.P.C.<\/p>\n<p>                           It is submitted by the learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                   for    the     petitioner       that        initially       the<\/p>\n<p>                   complaint was filed by the complainant on<\/p>\n<p>                   03.02.2009          which       was        dismissed        on<\/p>\n<p>                   15.06.2009.         Thereafter,           the    complainant<\/p>\n<p>                   filed divorce case no. 09 of 2009 in which<\/p>\n<p>                   the    order     dated      29.03.2010       reflects     that<\/p>\n<p>                   both sides agreed to resume conjugal life.<\/p>\n<p>                   Now the present complaint has been filed on<\/p>\n<p>                   16.07.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Learned      counsel        for    the    petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   submits      that   reconciliation          at    this   stage<\/p>\n<p>                   appears to be impossibility.<\/p>\n<p>                           Learned      counsel        for    the    petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   agrees to pay Rs.2000\/-(Two Thousand) from<\/p>\n<p>                   first week of every month from March, 2011<\/p>\n<p>                   to    opposite      party    no.2     by    depositing      the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                           -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       said     amount          in    the     account          of    the<\/p>\n<p>       complainant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                It   is   expected        from    the    complainant<\/p>\n<p>       that she will supply account number to the<\/p>\n<p>       petitioner within a period of two weeks from<\/p>\n<p>       today.\n<\/p>\n<pre>                On    the        basis       of    the     aforesaid\n\n       consideration,           let    the    petitioner,           above\n\n<\/pre>\n<p>       named, be released on bail in the event of<\/p>\n<p>       arrest or surrender before the learned court<\/p>\n<p>       below within a period of twelve weeks from<\/p>\n<p>       today in connection with complaint Case No.<\/p>\n<p>       1830C of 2010 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>       10,000\/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of<\/p>\n<p>       the like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>       the learned S.D.J.M.
