\u00a0 learned \u00a0 A.G.A. \u00a0 this \u00a0 Court \u00a0 was \u00a0 pleased \u00a0 to \u00a0 stay \u00a0 the \u00a0 further\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>proceedings\u00a0in\u00a0Case\u00a0No.\u00a02869\u00a0of\u00a02003\u00a0under\u00a0Sections\u00a0498\u00adA,504\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>and\u00a0506\u00a0323\u00a0I.P.C.\u00a0Police\u00a0Station\u00a0Karakat\u00a0District\u00a0Jaaunpur\u00a0pending\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>in\u00a0the\u00a0Court\u00a0of\u00a0Addl.\u00a0Chief\u00a0Judicial\u00a0Magistrate\u00adIV\u00a0Jaunpur.<\/p>\n<p>Learned \u00a0 counsel \u00a0 for \u00a0 the \u00a0 applicants \u00a0 has \u00a0 filed \u00a0 an \u00a0 application \u00a0 dated\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>28.4.2006\u00a0alongwith\u00a0affidavit\u00a0annexing\u00a0therewith\u00a0a\u00a0compromise\u00a0deed\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>dated \u00a0 29.10.2005 \u00a0 duly \u00a0 signed \u00a0 by \u00a0 both \u00a0 the \u00a0 parties \u00a0 which \u00a0 clearly\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>indicates\u00a0that\u00a0parties\u00a0have\u00a0entered\u00a0into\u00a0compromise\u00a0and\u00a0there\u00a0is\u00a0no\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>dispute \u00a0 and \u00a0 differences \u00a0 between \u00a0 the \u00a0 parties \u00a0 and \u00a0 all \u00a0 disputes \u00a0 and\u00a0<br \/>\n differences\u00a0have\u00a0been\u00a0amicably\u00a0settled\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0parties\u00a0through\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>process\u00a0of\u00a0mediation\u00a0and\u00a0conciliation\u00a0.\n<\/p>\n<p>Learned \u00a0 counsel \u00a0 for \u00a0 the \u00a0 applicants \u00a0 placed \u00a0 reliance \u00a0 on \u00a0 the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>observations\u00a0made\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0Apex\u00a0Court\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0case\u00a0of\u00a0B.S.\u00a0Joshi\u00a0Vs.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>State\u00a0of\u00a0Haryana\u00a0and\u00a0another,\u00a0reported\u00a0in\u00a02003\u00a0(46)\u00a0A.C.C.\u00a0779\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>S.C.\u00a0and\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0case\u00a0of Ruchi\u00a0Agrawal\u00a0Vs.\u00a0Amit\u00a0Kumar\u00a0Agrawal\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>and\u00a0others, reported\u00a0in\u00a02004\u00a0(3)\u00a0J.I.C.769\u00a0S.C..\u00a0The\u00a0Hon&#8217;ble\u00a0Apex\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Court\u00a0quashed\u00a0the\u00a0proceedings\u00a0of\u00a0criminal\u00a0case\u00a0on\u00a0the\u00a0basis\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>compromise\u00a0filed\u00a0between\u00a0the\u00a0parties\u00a0mainly\u00a0on\u00a0the\u00a0ground\u00a0that\u00a0no\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>lawful\u00a0purpose\u00a0would\u00a0be\u00a0served\u00a0by\u00a0continuance\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0proceedings\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>between\u00a0the\u00a0parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>In \u00a0 view \u00a0 of \u00a0 the \u00a0 above \u00a0 decisions \u00a0 of \u00a0 the \u00a0 Hon&#8217;ble \u00a0 Apex \u00a0 Court, \u00a0 the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>proceedings\u00a0of\u00a0Case\u00a0No.2869\u00a0of\u00a02003\u00a0under\u00a0Sections\u00a0498\u00adA,504\u00a0and\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>506\u00a0I.P.C.\u00a0Police\u00a0Station\u00a0Karakat\u00a0District\u00a0Jaaunpur\u00a0pending\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Court
