Scheme in<br \/>\nrespect of the property in question has already been implemented and<br \/>\nthe road is also constructed.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tHence,<br \/>\nin view of aforesaid statement made by the learned advocate for the<br \/>\nrespondent Nos.2 and 3, it will not be appropriate to entertain<br \/>\npresent petition.
