HEMA, J\n                       ----------------------\n                    B.A.No.265 OF 2010\n                -----------------------------------\n          Dated this the 24th day of May, 2010\n\n\n                           O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>     This petition is for anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p>     2. The alleged offences are under sections 324 and<\/p>\n<p>326 of IPC. According to prosecution, on 4.1.2010 at 2 pm,<\/p>\n<p>while defacto complainant was proceeding to his house<\/p>\n<p>along the pathway leading to his house, petitioner assaulted<\/p>\n<p>him by beating with a wooden log and inflicted fracture.<\/p>\n<p>     3. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is innocent of the allegations made. There was<\/p>\n<p>several disputes between the parties and when the defacto<\/p>\n<p>complainant came to his property, defacto complainant<\/p>\n<p>came to attack him, while petitioner&#8217;s workers drove him<\/p>\n<p>away.\n<\/p>\n<p>     4. This petition is opposed. Learned public prosecutor<\/p>\n<p>submitted that petitioner is the sole accused in the crime.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B.A. No.265\/10                  2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Defacto complainant sustained fracture from the hands of<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner.    Though assertions were made regarding<\/p>\n<p>several disputes, etc. between parties, there is nothing to<\/p>\n<p>probablise the case of the petitioner. On hearing both sides,<\/p>\n<p>I am satisfied that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory<\/p>\n<p>bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      This petition is dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                          K.
