SHAH\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 22\/02\/2011 \n\n \n\nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>1.\tA<br \/>\ngrievance which is voiced in the present petition is that though the<br \/>\nhearing of the show cause notice dated 3.8.2010 has been concluded by<br \/>\nthe District Development Officer, District Panchayat, Mehsana since<br \/>\nlong, no final order is passed on the said show cause notice.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tUnder<br \/>\nthe circumstances and without expressing anything on merits in favour<br \/>\nof either parties, respondent no.2 is hereby directed to pronounce<br \/>\nthe order on the show cause notice dated 3.8.2010 issued against<br \/>\nrespondent no.4 for appropriate action under Section 57(1) of the<br \/>\nGujarat Panchayats Act, 1993 at the earliest but not later than 10<br \/>\ndays from the date of receipt of the present order. The aforesaid<br \/>\norder is passed considering the case on behalf of the petitioner that<br \/>\nhearing of the show cause notice has been concluded on 27.12.2010.<br \/>\nWith this, present Special Civil Application is disposed of.
