BPL, Birla, AT &amp; T etc. are providing mobile telephone service to these big cities.   Osmanabad constituency is located in Marathwada which is known as a backward area.  Instead of these big cities, Government should provide mobile telephone service in this backward constituency.  My information is that Government has collected all necessary information for this purpose.
