Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :15\/01\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                          ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n              ------------------------------------\n                        W.P.(C) 11634 of 2007\n             -------------------------------------\n                        Dated: January 15, 2008\n\n                              JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>       IN this writ petition an interim order was passed on 1.8.2007<\/p>\n<p>directing that the petitioners be permitted to write the final year<\/p>\n<p>examination of BHMS Degree scheduled to be held in August 2007.<\/p>\n<p>It is now stated that although the petitioners had subsequently<\/p>\n<p>passed the previous examination, now the result of the final year<\/p>\n<p>examination is withheld as per Ext.P8. This is apparently for the<\/p>\n<p>reason that by the order dated 3.4.2007 it was directed that the<\/p>\n<p>results of the subsequent examination should not be published<\/p>\n<p>without orders from this court.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   Though the order dated 3.4.2007 has nothing to do with<\/p>\n<p>the final examination, now that the petitioners have, by virtue of the<\/p>\n<p>results they have secured, become eligible in all respects to have<\/p>\n<p>completed the course. As they have already appeared for the final<\/p>\n<p>year examination also, I direct that the results of the final year<\/p>\n<p>examination held in August 2007 shall be declared             by the<\/p>\n<p>WP(C) 11634\/2007<br \/>\n                              Page numbers<\/p>\n<p>University.
