SARAIYA, DISTRICT MUZAFFARPUR.\n                               Versus\n                        THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   16.6.2011.               Heard     learned           counsel       for     the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner and Shri Mani Madhukar, learned<\/p>\n<p>                  Additional Public prosecutor.<\/p>\n<p>                              The petitioner, who is in custody<\/p>\n<p>                  in Saraiya P.S. Case No.93 of 2010 for the<\/p>\n<p>                  offence under Sections 25 (1-b) a, 26, 35<\/p>\n<p>                  of    the     Arms     Act     since          the    month     of<\/p>\n<p>                  May,2010, has prayed for grant of bail.<\/p>\n<p>                              It was submitted by learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                  for     the   petitioner       that        petitioner         has<\/p>\n<p>                  sufficiently remained in jail and he was<\/p>\n<p>                  falsely       implicated.          Learned          Additional<\/p>\n<p>                  Public      Prosecutor       has    opposed         the   prayer<\/p>\n<p>                  for bail. It was submitted that from the<\/p>\n<p>                  order    sheet       itself,       it    is    evident       that<\/p>\n<p>                  matter is pending for trial.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              In view of nature of accusation and<\/p>\n<p>                  period of custody, let the petitioner above<\/p>\n<p>                  named be enlarged on bail on his furnishing<\/p>\n<p>                  bond of Rs.10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                  sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                  satisfaction of 5th Addl. Sessions Judge,<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                           2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        Muzaffarpur    in      Sessions      Trial    No.446      of<\/p>\n<p>        2010 arising out of Saraiya P.S. Case No.93<\/p>\n<p>        of 2010.
