TOTLA, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>By post.\n<\/p>\n<p>Mr.VR Mehta, PP.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211;\n<\/p>\n<p>       Heard learned Public Prosecutor and perused the<br \/>\nreply filed by State.\n<\/p>\n<p>       The petitioner was convicted for offence under the<br \/>\nprovisions of NDPS Act and has been sentenced to 10<br \/>\nyears rigorous imprisonment with a fine of Rs.1 lakh in<br \/>\nSessions Case NO.9\/2002 by the court of Special Judge,<br \/>\nNDPS    Cases,      Rajgarh    (Churu)       vide      judgment         dated<br \/>\n18.3.2004.    The    petitioner        has   served      sentence       of    5<br \/>\nyears 1 month 17 days as on 25.7.2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>       As per the reply, the petitioner did not do his<br \/>\nwork inspite of assignment of the work. The State also<br \/>\nplaced on record the history ticket of the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                                      D.B. Criminal (Parole) Writ Petition No.4506\/2008<br \/>\n                                                Sohan Lal. vs. State of Rajasthan &amp; Ors.\n<\/p>\n<p>               We perused the history ticket of the petitioner<br \/>\n       and found that the petitioner was assigned work and on<br \/>\n       all occasions, he did not do the work.\n<\/p>\n<p>               In view of the above, we do not find any reason to<br \/>\n       allow     this      petition   to    release      the     petitioner         on<br \/>\n       parole.\n<\/p>\n<p>               The    petitioner   may     be    informed     that     his    parole<br \/>\n       petition was rejected because of his conduct in jail.<br \/>\n       He      may    be   advised    to    improve       his      conduct.        The<br \/>\n       petitioner will be entitled to move another application<br \/>\n       after one year from today which may be considered after<br \/>\n       taking into account the improvement in the conduct of<br \/>\n       the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>               With    the    aforesaid         observations,       this      parole<br \/>\n       petition is hereby dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<p>               This order be conveyed to the convict through the<br \/>\n       jail authorities.\n<\/p>\n<p>       (C.M.
