Co-accused Puran @ Puniya has already been released on bail vide order dated 20\/5\/2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tLearned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tHaving regard to the facts aforesaid and considering all other facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tIn the result, this bail application u\/S.439 Cr.P.C. is allowed and it is directed that petitioner  Ajay S\/o Shri Kushal Singh shall be released on bail in FIR No.11\/2011 registered at P.S.
