No. 1820 of 2010\n                  ------------------------------------------\n              Dated this the 29th day of October, 2010\n\n                             JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>J.Chelameswar, C.J.\n<\/p>\n<p>          When this matter is taken up it is brought to our notice<\/p>\n<p>that an identical appeal, W.A.No.1692 of 2010, was dismissed by<\/p>\n<p>this Court by judgment dated 1st October, 2010 which in turn<\/p>\n<p>followed an earlier judgment of this Court dated 17th September,<\/p>\n<p>2010 in W.A.No.1468 of 2010.
