Sankaran\n\n\t\tFor Respondent  : Mr.K. Chandrasekaran\n\nORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>(Order of the Court was made by P.SATHASIVAM,J.)<\/p>\n<p>\tAggrieved by the notice dated 10.08.2005 calling upon the petitioner to show cause why he should not be removed from service, the petitioner has filed the above writ petition and obtained an order of stay on 10.09.2005.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2. It is brought to our notice that taking note of the grievance of similarly placed persons, the State Government has taken a decision to consider their claim vide G.O.Ms.No.249 Cooperation Food and Consumer Protection (CC1) Department dated 31.10.2006.  In view of the decision of the Government to ameliorate the grievance of several persons like petitioner, we permit the petitioner herein to submit his explanation if any within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and thereafter, the respondent is directed to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of decision taken by the Government in the Government Order referred to above.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn view of the fact that the petitioner had obtained an order of stay even as early as on 10.09.2005, and admittedly, he is working in the respondent Society, he is permitted to continue to work in the respondent Society till final decision being taken based on the instruction of the Government as referred to above.  The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.  No costs.
