JUSTICE NAWAB SINGH<br \/>\nPresent:          Mr. P.S. Jammu, Advocate,<br \/>\n                  for the petitioners.\n<\/p>\n<p>                  Ms. Latika Rao, D.A.G. Haryana,<br \/>\n                  for the respondents &#8211; State.\n<\/p>\n<p>NAWAB SINGH.J (ORAL)<br \/>\n                  Deepak and Bobby alias Satish-both brothers<br \/>\n(petitioners) have filed this petition seeking ten days&#8217; parole to<br \/>\nperform last rituals of their father who died on April 13th, 2011. Kirya<br \/>\nceremony is to be performed on April 24th, 2011. They have already<br \/>\nundergone actual sentence of 28 months out of 36 months.\n<\/p>\n<p>                  In view of above, it is ordered that Deepak and<br \/>\nBobby alias Satish-petitioners be released on parole for a period of<br \/>\nten days on their furnishing personal and surety bonds to the<br \/>\nsatisfaction of District Magistrate, Sirsa.
