and 7″‘ ribs of left side of his chest and other-siif:\u00a7ple’–i.:inj_ur\u00a3ee.–\u00ab.. <\/p>\n
Further, as iightly submitted by the Iearried cegiiesiai ‘the”‘ie2{i\u00a7ie;i<\/p>\n
petitieners-accused, since all the aei’;t:’s*,ed eaime Vite  ef  ‘<\/p>\n
offence under Sections 143  the  cetzid be
\nheld liable for the respectiveiiiieii\ufb02erti’a:cti\u00a7:} ii(;:);;if_eia\u00a3r\u20ac\ufb011i reading of the
\nevidence of PW.1 iflateraju, iiiiigui-satiimpiiihm and that ef the
\ntwo eye-witnesse\u00e9  PW4 Seresh, it could
\nbe seen  theyiivihiweicegieisitentiy-i stated in their evidence that<\/p>\n
during the saiiiiixicidexice  hit with stone on left side of his<\/p>\n
eheek,  h\u00e9setilted with stone on his ieit thigh and accused<\/p>\n
1i\u00a7ie.\u20ac3eiSsaulte\u00a7i’vi%ith’h.ands on his back. 1 do eat \ufb01nd even slightest<\/p>\n
: ii  evidence of three witnesses. Therefere, the<\/p>\n

juncture the  learned SPP submits that if the<\/p>\n

 and 5 also will have ten be convicted for<\/p>\n

   on the left thigh respectively. However, though these<\/p>\n
i  witnesses have stated in their evidence consistently that A2 assaulted<\/p>\n
