Justice J.M.JAMES\n\n Dated :30\/10\/2006\n\n O R D E R\n                           J.M.JAMES, J.\n\n                          -------------------\n\n     B.A.Nos. 6197\/06, 6207\/06, 6209\/06, 6262\/06,\n\n                       6263\/06 &amp; 6272\/06\n\n                          --------------------\n\n  DATED THIS THE 30TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 2006\n\n\n\n\n                            O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>              The   petitioner   is   before   this   Court,   under<\/p>\n<p>Section   438   Cr.P.C.,     praying   that   an   arrest   of   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner   may   be   averted   in   all   these   cases.     Various<\/p>\n<p>crimes had been registered against the  petitioner, by  the<\/p>\n<p>Investigating     Officers   of   Vechuchira   Police   Station,<\/p>\n<p>Angamaly Police Station, Aluva Police Station, Ponkunnam<\/p>\n<p>Police   Station,   Kanjirapalli   Police   Station   and   Pallithode<\/p>\n<p>Police Station, as he committed theft of rubber  sheets on<\/p>\n<p>various dates from different places.<\/p>\n<p>      2.      After   hearing   both   sides   and   considering   the<\/p>\n<p>facts that are placed before me, I direct the petitioner, the<\/p>\n<p>first   accused,   in   crime   No.539\/2006   of   Aluva   Police<\/p>\n<p>Station,   to   surrender   before   the   Investigating   Officer   of<\/p>\n<p>that   police   station,   on   6.11.2006   between   9.30   a.m   and<\/p>\n<p>10.00 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>B.A.Nos.6197\/06, 6207\/06, 6209\/06<\/p>\n<p>               6262\/06, 6263\/06 &amp; 6272\/06<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       3.      The Investigating Officer shall interrogate the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner   and   thereafter,   produce   him   before   the<\/p>\n<p>competent Magistrate Court,  as per the law.<\/p>\n<p>       4.      The   learned   Magistrate   shall   hear   both   sides<\/p>\n<p>and   pass   appropriate   orders,   on   the   production   of   the<\/p>\n<p>accused before that Court.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       5.      The          Investigating              Officers         of         crime<\/p>\n<p>No.85\/2005   of   Vechuchira   Police   Station,   crime<\/p>\n<p>No.465\/2006   of   Angamali   Police   Station,   crime<\/p>\n<p>No.115\/2006   of   Ponkunnam   Police   Station,   crime<\/p>\n<p>No.244\/2005   of   Kanjirappalli   Police   Station   and   crime<\/p>\n<p>No.81\/2006   of   Pallithode   Police   Station,   shall   file<\/p>\n<p>appropriate   applications   before   the   Court,   where   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner, the first accused, in  B.A.No.6197\/2006 would<\/p>\n<p>be     produced,   so   that   he   can   be   interrogated   and   the<\/p>\n<p>investigation,   in all these cases   could be completed, as<\/p>\n<p>per the law.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       6.
