\n\tapplication, under
\n\tSection  5  of
\n\tthe Limitation Act,  has been preferred by the applicant –
\n\toriginal appellant for condonation of delay of 14  days caused in
\n\tpreferring the Misc.Civil Application permitting him to sue as
\n\tindigent person.\n<\/p>\n
\tThough
\n\tserved nobody appears on behalf of the respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4.\n<\/p>\n
\tHaving
\n\theard Ms.Kruti Vora, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the
\n\tapplicant and Mr.Valmik Vyas, learned advocate appearing on behalf
\n\tof the respondent No.2 and   considering the averments made in the
\n\tapplication in+ support of the  prayer to condone the delay, present
\n\tapplication is allowed. The delay caused in preferring the
\n\tMisc.Application is hereby condoned. Rule is made absolute
