Respondent No.3 Seva Sangh had got<br \/>\napproval of appointment of petitioner for post of teacher from<br \/>\nrespondent No.2 &#8211; Welfare Office of Schedule Caste (Jilla<br \/>\nPanchayat &#8211; Varg Kalyan Adhikari) and respondent No.3 &#8211;<br \/>\nSeva Sangh had obtained signature of petitioner on payment of full<br \/>\nsalary of Rs.7,500\/- but had been paying only Rs.2,000\/- to 2,500\/-<br \/>\nonly, though petitioner had continued in service receiving less<br \/>\nsalary than for entitled. A complaint was made by petitioner in<br \/>\nrespect of payment of less salary and respondent No.2 has kept<br \/>\nhearing on 24th July, 2006 with reference to complaint<br \/>\ndated 14th July, 2006. On 12th July, 2006,<br \/>\nrespondent No.2 Seva Sangh without prior notice or giving opportunity<br \/>\nof being heard or any written intimation to petitioner, had decided<br \/>\ndiscontinued service of petitioner and therefore, petitioner had<br \/>\nserved notice to respondent No.3 on 23rd December, 2006.<br \/>\nUltimately, one application was preferred before Tribunal being No.1<br \/>\nof 2007 by petitioner, where, all contentions have been raised by<br \/>\npetitioner, but, unfortunately, on 29th April, 2010,<br \/>\nPrimary Education Tribunal had adjourned all matters sine die<br \/>\nbecause of pendency of proceedings before this Court in respect of<br \/>\nSpecial Civil Application and Letters Patent Appeal as referred in<br \/>\norder of Tribunal.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nlight of this background, learned advocate Mr. Parekh appearing on<br \/>\nbehalf of petitioner submitted that if this Court may direct<br \/>\nrespondents to consider case of petitioner as per Annexure &#8216;E&#8217;
