No. 7831\/2010\n\n30.06.2010\n\n       Shri Vipin Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner.\n       Shri Rahul Jain, Dy.A.G. for the the respondents.<\/pre>\n<p>       It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that<br \/>\npetitioner supplied various materials to the respondent No. 2 and<br \/>\nsubmitted bills for their payment long back which the respondent No. 2<br \/>\nhas referred to the respondent No. 3 for payment but till date payment<br \/>\nhas not been released. Petitioner submitted representation (Annexure-<br \/>\nP-9) to the Collector, Sagar for payment of the aforesaid bills, but till<br \/>\ndate neither representation has been decided nor bills have been<br \/>\ncleared.\n<\/p>\n<p>        It is submitted by Shri Yadav that respondent No. 3 be directed<br \/>\nto   decide     the representation    of the petitioner (Annexure-P-9)<br \/>\nexpeditiously.\n<\/p>\n<p>       Prayer made by the petitioner is not opposed by Shri Jain,<br \/>\nlearned Dy.A.G. appearing for the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>       In view of the aforesaid, this petition is finally disposed of with<br \/>\nthe following directions :-\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>        (i)      Petitioner to submit fresh representation to the<br \/>\n        Collector, Sagar agitating his grievance, as raised in<br \/>\n        Annexure-P-9. Along with the representation he shall<br \/>\n        enclose a copy of this petition for ready reference of<br \/>\n        respondent No. 3.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>        (ii)     Respondent No. 3 on receipt of the aforesaid,<br \/>\n        shall decide the representation of the petitioner<br \/>\n        expeditiously as far as possible within a period of 30<br \/>\n        days from the date of filing of the same.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>        (iii)    It is made clear that no opinion on the merit of<br \/>\n        the case has been expressed by this Court and the<br \/>\n        respondent No. 3 is free to decide the representation<br \/>\n       in accordance with law.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>       With the aforesaid directions, the petition is disposed of.
