I have heard th\u00e9  petitioners and<\/p>\n<p>the learned Addl.\n<\/p>\n<p>3l.  The X   ffor petitioners taking me<br \/>\nthrough t.&#8217;%&#8217;1::t: \ufb01u;i&#8217;s:_f&#8217;iV1.:&#8217;.1f&lt;)1&#039;131at:io11 would submit that<\/p>\n<p>pe\ufb01\ufb01qinczs  &#039;-.:;1Vdt   in the first information-; the<\/p>\n<p>    section 173(5) Cr.P.C., do not<\/p>\n<p> of petitioners. Thertcforc, there are<\/p>\n<p>  3caS@;3ab!t~  to believe that petitioners am not guilty<\/p>\n<p> &#039; &quot; &#039; ~ .  &#039;eaf  offences.\n<\/p>\n<p> &#8211; 2;. The lcamcd Addl.
