The    post    mortem   report    corroborates   the<\/p>\n<p>                    injury and the witnesses whose statements have been<\/p>\n<p>                    recorded during investigation have supported the case.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Considering the allegation, I am not inclined<\/p>\n<p>                    to   grant    bail   to     the   petitioner.
