  entered into a lease-cum–sale<\/p>\n
 1998 and when put in possession of<\/p>\n

T   the site formed a part of an area earmarked for<\/p>\n
laying a 60 ft road and as a consequence, the authority<\/p>\n
cancelled the alloment, subject to allotting an aitemate<\/p>\n

\nof the  of an aiternate site to the
\npetitionef  ‘ in the meeting of the<\/p>\n
respoii\ufb01ent  it was resolved to cancel the<\/p>\n
   an alternative site to the petitioner.<\/p>\n
 matter was intimated to the petitioner<\/p>\n
 _ by Ietterklated 24.5.2002. Hence this petition for a<\/p>\n
 to direct the respondents to allot an<\/p>\n
 site in S\ufb01ijalingappa layout<\/p>\n
2. Petition is opposed by filing statement of<\/p>\n
