The District Provident Fund Officer, Gaya\n                                                          -------------------- Respondents.\n                                     ----------------------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02      23-09-2011               Heard Sri Binod Kumar, learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner and Sri Ravindra Kumar Choubey, learned Standing<\/p>\n<p>                     Counsel no.8, who appears on behalf of all the Respondents.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Learned counsel for the State informs the Court that<\/p>\n<p>                     during the pendency of the present writ petition, grievance of the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner has already been redresss and such fact has been stated in<\/p>\n<p>                     the counter affidavit, which was filed in the month of July, 2008 on<\/p>\n<p>                     behalf of Respondent no.5.
