(Oral)\n<\/pre>\n<p>           The petitioner is aggrieved against the provisional assessment<\/p>\n<p>of the rent during the pendency of the eviction petition by learned Rent<\/p>\n<p>Controller.\n<\/p>\n<p>           The order passed by learned Rent Controller is of interim<\/p>\n<p>nature.
