   and recovery of a sum of Rs.83,904.55 ps.<\/p>\n

authorities, it has not been pointed oej; as
\nfallacy in the decision   is
\nforthcoming that the   an

\nviolation of p1ineip1es._of    regard<\/p>\n
to these facts,    recorded<\/p>\n
on the misweontiiiet eannot be faulted.<\/p>\n
In so far of’ of increment with<\/p>\n
cumulative  snc:i’v._aIso’ruecovery of amount, I am of<\/p>\n
   the  punishment also cannot be<\/p>\n
  while calculating the loss suffered<\/p>\n
:  the each item has been quanti\ufb01ed and<\/p>\n
  damages have been assessed. When that is the<\/p>\n
   of the Vi\u20acW that the question of interfering<\/p>\n
  penalty also would not arise. There is no merit<\/p>\n
  e rein the Petition. \/ \ufb02<\/p>\n
