BHATT\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 09\/05\/2011 \n\n \n\n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>(Per<br \/>\n: HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI)<\/p>\n<p>1.0\tLearned<br \/>\nAdditional Public Prosecutor Mr. Pandya places on record a<br \/>\ncommunication dated 2nd May 2011 from the Superintendent<br \/>\nof Police, Kheda &#8211; Nadiad to the learned Additional Public<br \/>\nProsecutor.  The communication is annexed with the Statements of<br \/>\nTalati cum Mantri &#8211; Kiritsinh Motisinh, Shri Bababhai Kalabhai,<br \/>\nRaijibhai Poonabhai, a Certificate from Rampura (So.) Sunderwadi Gram<br \/>\nPanchayat, Taluka: Kapadvanj, District: Kheda and last but not the<br \/>\nleast, Statement of one Shri Arvindbhai Takhabhai.  It is mentioned<br \/>\nthat the applicant &#8211; convict has a plot in the name of his<br \/>\nwife, wherein, he wants to put up the construction.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.0\tTaking<br \/>\ninto consideration the contents of the application, the application<br \/>\nis allowed.  The applicant &#8211; convict is ordered to be released on<br \/>\nTemporary Bail for a period of 40 days from the date of<br \/>\nhis release, on his executing a personal bond of Rs.5,000\/-<br \/>\n(Rupees Five Thousand only) to the satisfaction of the jail<br \/>\nauthorities.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.1\tIt<br \/>\nbeing first release, the applicant &#8211; convict is directed to<br \/>\nmark his presence at the nearest Police Station<br \/>\non every Monday between 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>2.2\tThe<br \/>\napplicant &#8211; convict shall surrender to the jail authorities on<br \/>\nexpiry of the Temporary Bail period.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.3\tRule<br \/>\nis made absolute to the aforesaid extent.\n<\/p>\n<p>[<br \/>\nRavi R.
