Justice K.HEMA\n\n Dated :30\/09\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                              K.HEMA, J.\n                             ===========\n                Bail Application No.6041 of 2008\n                ===============================\n           Dated this the 30th day of September, 2008.\n\n                              O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      This is a petition for anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The alleged offences are under Sections 353, 354, 294<\/p>\n<p>(b) r\/w 34 IPC. During the course of dictation of the order, the<\/p>\n<p>learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be<\/p>\n<p>permitted to withdraw the petition, with liberty to file fresh<\/p>\n<p>petition. A woman police constable was allegedly molested and<\/p>\n<p>the crime was registered as early as on 17.8.2008 and the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners who are accused in the crime could not be<\/p>\n<p>interrogated or arrested so far.
