The said petition was<br \/>\npreferred to challenge the order passed by the respondent on<br \/>\n12.1.1998 under which the petitioners were ordered to be transferred<br \/>\nfrom the office of Controller of Food and Civil Supplies to various<br \/>\noffices under the administrative control of the Collector, Ahmedabad.<br \/>\n Resolution of Food and Civil Supplies Department, State of Gujarat<br \/>\ndated 15.11.1995 was also under challenge before the learned Single<br \/>\nJudge.  The said challenge was turned down on the ground of delay and<br \/>\nlaches.  The learned Single Judge did not interfere with the orders<br \/>\nof transfer and hence this appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.<br \/>\n   The orders of transfer is dated 12.1.1998.  No protection against<br \/>\nthat order is granted to the petitioners either by the learned Single<br \/>\nJudge or by this Division Bench.
