It is submitted<\/p>\n<p>by   the   respondents   that   election   was   over   and   they   took   charge   of   the<\/p>\n<p>office.   In the above circumstances, we direct the Tribunal to dispose of<\/p>\n<p>the suit itself as expeditiously as possible, untrammelled by the findings<\/p>\n<p>in  the interim  orders.     The  suit  should  be  disposed of if  possible within<\/p>\n<p>three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
