Case No. 103\/2011, for the<\/p>\n<p>                    offences under Sections            420\/409\/467\/468 &amp; 471 of the<\/p>\n<p>                    Indian Penal Code, is one of the solitary named accused in<\/p>\n<p>                    this case being Block Education Officer, Bagaha, with<\/p>\n<p>                    allegation of committing some irregularities in Mid-Day<\/p>\n<p>                    Meal Scheme.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Submission is that entire case was lodged on mere<\/p>\n<p>                    conjecture and surmises.
