Both sides<\/p>\n<p>submitted that the District Collector is competent to take the<\/p>\n<p>decision. Accordingly, the judgment under review is modified<\/p>\n<p>and it is ordered that the direction in the judgment to the Taluk<\/p>\n<p>Supply Officer shall be taken as a direction to the District<\/p>\n<p>Collector,Kollam. The said officer shall take a decision within<\/p>\n<p>one week from the date of production\/receipt of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>order.\n<\/p>\n<p>RP No.224\/2010\n<\/p>\n<p>                               &#8211; 2 &#8211;\n<\/p>\n<p>      The Review Petition is disposed of as above.<\/p>\n<p>                                      K.
