He, therefore, submitted that<br \/>\n\tthe Sessions Court could not have insisted on the petitioner<br \/>\n\tdepositing sizable sum as a precondition for suspending the<br \/>\n\tsentence.\n<\/p>\n<p>Considering<br \/>\n\tthe above submission,  Rule<br \/>\n\treturnable on 24th January, 2011. Ad-interim relief in<br \/>\n\tterms of para 7(b).
