PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for\nRespondent(s) : 1, \n=========================================\n\n\n \n\t  \n\t \n\t  \n\t\t \n\t\t\t \n\nCORAM\n\t\t\t: \n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t \n\t\t\t \n\nHONOURABLE\n\t\t\tMR.JUSTICE Z.K.SAIYED\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\nDate\n: 24\/01\/2011\n \n\nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>It<br \/>\n\tappears from the papers that vide letter dated 22nd<br \/>\n\tNovember 2010, the Assistant Director of Forensic Science<br \/>\n\tLaboratory, has contended that as there were many documents and<br \/>\n\tsignatures have to be examined, it will take some time and has<br \/>\n\tcontended that it may take time upto 15th December 2010<br \/>\n\tto submit report.\n<\/p>\n<p>Thereafter,<br \/>\n\ton 28th December 2010 this Court has passed the following<br \/>\n\torder:\n<\/p>\n<p>\t&#8220;Heard<br \/>\nthe learned advocate Ms Kruti Shah for the applicant. Mr HL Jani<br \/>\nlearned APP has produced the report of PSI of Bhavnagar, who is<br \/>\nInvestigating Officer, wherein, it is submitted by the I.O. that on<br \/>\n20.10.2010 the report of FSL is already submitted to the Court of<br \/>\nlearned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhavnagar. Mr Jani has prayed that<br \/>\nsealed cover FSL report is required to be called for.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHence,<br \/>\nlearned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhavnagar is directed to send the<br \/>\nsealed cover FSL report which is produced in CR No. I-10\/2010 in<br \/>\nconnection with the offence registered before the Paliyad Police<br \/>\nStation, Dist. Bhavnagar under sec. 408, 409, 201, 465, 467, 468,<br \/>\n471, 477(A) and 114 of IPC.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tSO to<br \/>\n11.1.2011.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>But<br \/>\n\ttill date, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhavnagar, has not<br \/>\n\tproduced any report or submission in connection of the said case.<br \/>\n\tHence, office is directed to obtain the report from the learned<br \/>\n\tChief Judicial Magistrate, Bhavnagar with explanation as to why the<br \/>\n\tlearned Chief Judicial Magistrate has not followed the order dated<br \/>\n\t28th December 2010 passed by this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nview of above, the matter is adjourned to 04th February<br \/>\n2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>(Z.\n<\/p>\n<p>K.
