BALAKRISHNAN NAIR, J.\n\n                                --------------------------------------\n\n                       W.P.(C).NO. 24244 OF 2006-J\n\n                              ---------------------------\n\n                  Dated this the 17th  day of  November,   2006.\n\n\n                                   J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>       The   petitioner   has   submitted     Ext.P1   application   for<\/p>\n<p>regular   permit   on   the   route     Kottayam   &#8211;   Panampady   Church<\/p>\n<p>via   Panampady junction.     Praying   inter alia   for a direction<\/p>\n<p>to the   1st  respondent to consider   and pass orders on Ext.P1,<\/p>\n<p>this writ petition is filed.   Though   notice has been   served on<\/p>\n<p>the   respondents,  the   learned  Government   Pleader    submitted<\/p>\n<p>that he  has not  received  any instruction.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.     If   Ext.P1  is received   and pending,   the   1st  respondent<\/p>\n<p>will     consider   and   pass   orders   on   it     in   accordance   with   law<\/p>\n<p>within two months from the date of production of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment.\n<\/p>\n<p>       The writ petition is disposed of as above.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                       K.
