Case No. 9\/2011 for<\/p>\n<p>                        offences under Sections 498A\/304(B)\/120(B)\/201\/34<\/p>\n<p>                        of the Indian Penal Code, is one of the named accused<\/p>\n<p>                        being mother-in-law of the deceased. Submission is<\/p>\n<p>                        that under almost similarly situated circumstances co-<\/p>\n<p>                        accused i.e. husband of the petitioner has already been<\/p>\n<p>                        granted privilege by a Bench of this court vide order<\/p>\n<p>                        dated 14.09.2011 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27953\/2011.<\/p>\n<p>                                   Considering the facts and circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>                        the case, in the event of her arrest or surrender within a<\/p>\n<p>                        period of four weeks, let the above-named petitioner be<\/p>\n<p>                        enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of sum of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                        10,000\/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the<\/p>\n<p>                        like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                        Magistrate, Katihar, in connection with Jogbani Rail<br \/>\n            P.S.
